Family Medicine Specialist Joins OU Physicians Edmond Clinic

Barry Mitchell, M.D., a family medicine physician, has established his  medical practice with OU Physicians Edmond. He provides primary care services for adults and children.
     
Beginning in December, Mitchell will see patients at the new OU Physicians Edmond clinic, located at 14101 N. Eastern Ave. Other OU Physicians will move into that building by the first of the year.
     
Mitchell is board certified in Family Medicine. Prior to joining OU Physicians, he was in private practice in Edmond.
     
Mitchell completed his residency and internship at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, where he also earned his medical degree. He earned master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Oklahoma State University.
     
Mitchell is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Oklahoma Academy of Family Physicians and Oklahoma City District of  Family Physicians.
