Neuroradiologist Joins OU Physicians

Neuroradiologist Neil M. Borden, M.D., has established his medical practice at OU Medical Center. He has also been named an associate professor of radiology for the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. Neuroradiologists are specialists who diagnose imaging abnormalities of the head and neck, brain and spine.

Borden is board certified in neuroradiology and diagnostic radiology. He completed an interventional neuroradiology fellowship at the Barrow Neurological Institute, Phoenix, and a neuroradiology fellowship at the Neurological Institute of New York/Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, New York City. He completed his residency and served as chief resident at Lenox Hill Hospital, New York. He earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta.

Borden is a member of the American Society of Neuroradiology, American Society of Functional Neuroradiology, American Society for Pediatric Neuroradiology and the American Society of Head and Neck Radiology. He has authored four textbooks in the field of neuroradiology.
